No, at this time Gift Guru does not sell any products or services ourselves. We work with third party companies who sell and deliver the products. If you have issues with any orders, please contact the retailer who sold the products. If you are unsatisfied with any retailers, please let us know and we will keep this in mind as we choose our partnerships.
