Why are there different outreach type options?

Gifts, flowers, greeting cards, and personal calls all require different amount of preparation time. We let you set the outreach type for each event to you have sufficient notice to prepare for that event and planned outreach. You can set different reminders for each outreach type, including timing and frequency. We also use outreach type to help recommend the right types of products, based on your plan for the event.
